Good for making coffee but doesn’t heat the water up enough and the hot plate is more of a chiller.Probably great for making iced coffee but avoid if you like your coffee hot.

The coffee is basically cold when it is ready

Does what it says and makes fine coffee.Feels kind of flimsy and cheap.The "warming" plate if you can even call it that barely keeps the coffee tepid.Next time I'll buy one that costs more as I think it's probably a case of you get what you pay for.

It’s stopped working after 5 weeks

Thought we had bought a similar replacement for our coffee maker which stopped working after 12 years of excellent service.I make coffee in the morning and leave some ready for my wife when she gets up later. This coffee maker feels cheap and flimsy and needs two hands to remove the jug or to put it back in. Worst of all, the coffee is not hot enough and don’t stay warm for long. The instructions are also unclear in places. Avoid.
