Quality access point
Easy setup, seems to work well. We got this when the wireless radio in our Nighthawk router/modem stopped working. This is a quality and flexible access point.

Expensive however worth the money
This WAP in wireless client mode (wireless bridge) can achieve 900+ Mbps when combine withTP-Link AX5400 WiFi 6 Router (Archer AX73).Recently I switched to Quantum Fiber, which provides up to 900 Mbps download and 800 Mbps upload. It's a pity that there are quite some distance from the new installed fiber router to my existing home center router. I don't want to drill wholes through the walls. Instead, I try to do wireless bridging between the new fiber router and existing home router (connects to my existing wired LAN).I can only achieve 470+ Mbps if I use T-Mobile AC-1900 as a wireless bridge (DD-WRT firmware). That's far from the 900+ Mbps Quantum Fiber I am paying for. So I decide to give this "TL-WA3001 WiFi 6 AX3000" a try. It's amazing to see that TL-WA3001 can achieve 900+ Mbps download and 800+ Mbps upload in wireless client mode. TP-Link AX5400 is set to work in AX only (no ng/ac mode), and bandwidth is set to 160 MHz. In this way, the TL-WA3001 is forced to work under the same mode since it's a client. The WAP is expensive (no any discount during Black Friday shopping). However, it does its job and worth the money. Very happy with the purchase. This WAP is also very versatile. It can either work as a wireless access point or a wireless client (the current usage). I'm seriously considering buying a 2nd one, configure it as an access point and pair with existing one (wireless client), and see how well it works.Update: It's been 10+ days. I've downloaded and watched quite some 4K movies, together with video conferencing. Didn't run into any problems. The TL-WA300 is not hot at all during heavy downloads. Will come up and update the review if I run into any problem later. If no more updates, then it means the WAP has been working well.

Feature rich Access Point for the price
I recently purchased the TP-Link TL-WA3001, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The router has an excellent range, allowing me to access the internet from every corner of my home.I tried and returned the Ubiquiti Networks UniFi FlexHD and the Zyxel True WiFi 6 AX1800. The range one both was poor and BOTH want to sell you monthly fees for what they call premium features. (basically access to YOUR data logs). I'm sure the fees are worth it to a med/large company who has to manage many Wireless Access Points (WAPs). But, for the homeowner who finds them self with tons of "smart devices" who just wants a simple way to manage the wifi, this fits the bill! (BTW, you should ALWAYS segregate your IOT devices from your computer networks)The router's ability to support up to 8 SSIDs has allowed me to create different networks for different purposes without any issues. The TP-Link TL-WA3001 comes with a power supply included AND a POE power connector, which has made placing the unit anywhere you have an existing CAT5 wired. While the router's software is a tad clunky, I find that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend the TP-Link TL-WA3001 to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient router with multiple features.

Works perfectly
I've got the router set up as a wireless bridge for my man cave. The main router is in the house about 40 feet away. I was having problems with my signal from the internal wifi modem built into my desktop computer. This bad boy allowed me to get a much better signal from the house. It's super easy to set up too.

Great buy for VR setup
Works very well so far! I got this in my room with a long internet cable running between it and my modem. The signal quality is now the equivalent of if I was set up right next to my modem, which is great if you're remotely connecting to your computer which is plugged into the modem, got only the occasional latency issue from a network hiccup which only happens about 3% of the time for me. Works very well for multiplayer VR.

Simple to use, wicked fast wi-fi AP
I set this up to close the gap from one side of the basement with an Ethernet outlet, and the ps5 on the other side of the basement. It’s wicked fast and it’s simple to use.

Just what I needed.
TP-LINK Makes some quality networking units. This unit worked fine for 3 months. Then it crapped out on me. It was a software glitch as far as I could tell. Locked me out. And no matter how many times I reset it, it would not give me access. By then the return windows had closed. I gave up and and garbage it. My experience only... Hope you have better luck.
