It really helps with this roller, which is terrific. It’s much more difficult with the standard rollers that it comes with. The problem is it is very pricey.

This is a attachment for the R8 roll recovery. Ive had lingering pain from tightness and overextending myself during tennis bouts.For years I've been back and forth doing massage and chiropractor sessions and doing many of the recommended at home stuff. Did more research for recovery stretches via YouTube as well.In the past 3 months a lot of my at home stuff wasn't working at I thought I was at the end of the road concerning doing tennis anymore.This attachment is a absolute God send and the device that uses it really penetrates the gluteal muscle groups which has given me so much relief.These products are the real deal and I will continue to buy from them.

this works great on sore forearms and calves. I wish they would made one that could get deeper into the hamstrings.

As others have said, I also assumed that this was two rollers. I’m usually pretty careful, and didn’t pick up on this either – not really made very clear at point of sale, but I should have read the reviews🤷🏻‍♀️

Better than the original R8 roller

Like other reviews here they sure obscure the fact that there is one roller. Roller is too soft , does not really do much to work out knots on my legs, need something in between. Would return but since an xmas gift , missed the return window.

I didn’t realize I had to buy two. It definitely makes it more expensive than I initially would have been comfortable with but since I really liked the deeper pressure I got two in the end.
