Quality beef
This biltong is tender and flavorful. Ordered the variety pack. Each is unique. The garlic variety is not overpowering. The spicy has a nice background heat and the original is savory and beefy.

Why 3 stars; To me it’s not worth the cost. Extremely small portions and causes gas. However, It has nice flavor. It’s actually very soft to chew. But for cost efficiency I’ll stick to jerky.

Not so good. Tiny pieces like the bottom of a bag. Had to eat it by the pinch. Tried variety pack but all three tasted similar. Very little flavor. Didnt come close to what I was expecting. Would not buy again.

TERRIBLE, GRISTLY, GROSS
Tiny little pieces - and ABSOLUTELY FULL of gristle and other connective tissues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS AWFUL PRODUCT. Also - Amazon is not accurately depicting the percentage of good to bad reviews of this product… there are THE SAME number of one star reviews as five star reviews, and yet the bar graph shows way more favorable ratings… something doesn’t smell right here!!!

One of the packages was moldy, completely ruined, didn’t even open it. (Pictured) The other two flavors were perfectly fresh and very tasty. But it’s too expensive to lose 1/3 of your purchase. So, buy with caution.
