SRP1R 15 3 Speed Retro Vinyl Record Player - Blue

Toy-like, but all the better for it, 'it's so cute'. My wife was delighted with this gift and is looking forward to playing more of her old record collection on it. Teenage daughters were spellbound by music coming from a plastic disc! Blue colour is cool. Works well playing vinyl (yet to try radio, usb connection, HDD), sounds lovely, volume fine for average size room. Great value. What more can I say ...

Bought to replace an earlier Steepletone 'Dansette-style' model that had broken. The older version was well-built and had a a good turntable and tonearm. This version is terrible quality with a cheap, chippy deck and arm. Upon setting the machine up the deck proceeded to make an awful rubbing/grinding noise. It's going back for a refund. Sure, it LOOKS great, but 'handsome is as handsome does', and this doesn't do it for me. Advice for Steepletone: charge more and source better quality components.

Record player itself is excellent,but legs next to useless very wonky and wobbly even when done up tight..Lucky i didn't want to use them anyway.

The record player works well and looks great with excellent sound quality. My only criticism is that the controls are hard to read. The radio is disappointing, we can't receive radio 4 on it without interference even in the suburbs of Nottingham.

Looks amazing and sounds fantastic.The look and feel is very retro. Don't buy if you want something to look up to date and new.The materials used to make this give it a vintage feel, which is exactly what I was looking for.The sound is perfect, along with the little crackles of the records.I'm really happy with my purchase.

Brilliant little record player. Looks fab and has good sound too. Bought as a present for my husband and he loves it.

Arrived on time but unfortunately the turn table does not work. Even if it did the cue lever does not lower the tone arm down far enough to make contact with the record. Not happy. I also bought spare needles from another supplier and now have no need of them. Don't think I will buy anything electronic again from Amazon to much hassle sending it back.
