Halts anxiety spiral
These have been a huge help for me to halt the anxiety spiral I was often entering. I usually use their drops but these are nicer and less conspicuous to take. Very happy with them.

Effective and make a difference
These really help my 12 year old son during football games. He can get anxious but he plays so well when he has one, he is so composed and full of confidence. He seems different kid! Whether it’s the placebo effect I don’t know but so far so good!

Son says they work for him
My autistic 7 year old suffers from very high levels of anxiety and has started sucking these to help him leave the house or when he is going to do something he finds tricky. He says they help although I’m not sure if it’s just a placebo. Either way, for as long as his 'special sweets' keep helping him, I’ll keep buying them. He's quite fussy but says they taste lovely, slightly orangey.

Bach remedies are always good. I like that they contain several vitamins.

Really nice flavour and seems to work
I’d always had the pastilles and spray but thought I would give these a go. They start off with a texture of a hard boiled sweet but have a soft centre when you get to the middle. The orange flavour was really nice, not sickly sweet like you get with some sweets. And I don’t know whether it worked because I wanted it to but It seemed to chill me out after about 15 mins or so. Have a driving test coming up in a few weeks so will be taking these with me!

Any hard boiled sweet would do the same
These taste ok, very mild flavour really, I didn't think they helped with my mood really, just a mindful moment whilst sucking it I suppose, but any hard boiled sweet would give me the same enjoyment, I quite like ricola herbal sweets, and a box of those only cost a pound. A murray mint or Werther's would be more cost effective. These are simply too expensive for a pack of hard boiled sweets.

Very helpful!
I really like these lozenges, they work very quickly, just pop it in your mouth and it dissolves reasonable quickly. I always bulk buy them when they are on a discount!
