After ordering several other carpets for our new home and contemplating having to send back a full size, normal weight, rug (8x10, 9x12) which are extremely heavy, awkward to package or move.... I was seeking a simpler solution and product.Alas, my new favorite... the washable rug! This is our 2nd. Yes, it/they are thin. However, perfect for our purpose. This was bought for our entry way in 3x8ft.#1 - there is no need to put down grips, rug tape, a pad, etc. It's built-in;#2 so easy to handle b/c it's so lightweight (also, easy to return, if it doesn't work);#3 it's washable (we haven't had to do that yet)#4 the options of sizes, colors, etc.If you haven't bought a washable rug before, you will likely be surprised at how thin it is. This could be disappointing if you were hoping for something to 'sit on' and is comfy. Though a rug pad could be bought.Our washable rugs are perfect for walking areas - the kitchen and entryway.It's hard to explain the exact feel or material - maybe a tightly woven burlap or heavier version of a cloth placemat with a rubber backing.(Our other washable has a fuzzy, soft, silky feel).After viewing, saving, contemplating, recontemplating 100's of options...I was down to 2 from this vendor - listed under 2 different products. "Distressed Grey Multi" or "Vintage Blue Multi".We went with the Distressed Grey - after looking at others pictures and the lighting differences. Despite a concern it might be too muted or washed out, I went for it and the colors are perfect for our purposes - you can see subtle hints of blue and beige.

Good value for the price. The colors are accurately reflected in the pictures and I was not disappointed in the look or feel of the rug. One thing that is important to note is that this is not a plush or soft fabric. I prefer this since I have pets that shed. When you touch the rug the feel of it is almost like denim. There is no plushy feel so keep that in mind. It is thin so I plan to buy a rug pad but it’s not necessary as it has a grippy underside that keeps it in place.

Soft, muted colors. Very pretty pattern. Boho Chic, or distressed design. Machine washable, quite suitable for heavy traffic area, even a kitchen.

If you're looking for a thin carpet with a great rug look, this is perfect! Love the pattern and color. Good quality. Looks great. I needed it for a high traffic area. It's perfect that it's thin and light so I can pick up and wash it. Hopefully it'll hold up after a couple washes. The stitching along the border seems pretty good.

I bought this rug to place in front of my back door. It gets a lot of use and has held up beautifully. I haven’t had to wash it yet but it does clean easy with spot cleaning. The rug stays put beautifully with some inexpensive corner holders I purchased with it. The colors are beautiful. I was worried it would be too light but it’s perfect.

With multiple dogs I was wanting a rug in a walkway to be washable as it states. It can be washed- but not as easily as I hoped. Doesn't bend to well with the washer. I also feel like after the first wash it never felt the same. Otherwise cute rug

Love the design, a little thin so not too comfortable under feet. Washable a plus. Lots of sizes to choose from, this one is 3x7 which fit the space perfectly.

This washable area rug works perfectly in my kitchen, between the sink and stove. This could also be perfect for a short hallway or entry way. It is durable, not bulky, sticks relatively well to wood floor, easy to clean off with a broom or vacuum with a “floor” setting. Have washed it once and was slightly wrinkly until I hung it to dry. Would recommend!

I was looking for a thin washable area rug that would be suitable in a home with pets! This is perfect. It is quite thin so it is not soft underfoot. This is machine washable so it has to be thin. Easy to clean....sweet it or vacuum it. I love the look. I love the colours. I love that it's distressed. I love the price point. I had no issue with it flattening out. Just what I wanted. I also bought the hallway runner for my back door where my dog comes in and it's working out great.

The photographs make this item look luxurious and like a reasonably thick rug.I was looking forward to putting it in my sitting room.Quite frankly I couldn’t been more disappointed if I’d tried.£61 paid for a 4x6 rug that looks like a camping/picnic mat - not worth the money!

The product is as pictured but it definitely is more of a mat than a rug. It is a nice size and design but thin as others have said. My issue is not with the thickness or feel of the mat which is not soft (it feels like walking on canvas), I could have dealt with that but it just doesn’t sit well on the floor. As it is light it does not hold itself down well on the floor like a heavier carpet rug does. It took constant pulling and manoeuvring to get a decent lay down but still parts were ‘bubbling’ and creasing up. I could imagine a vacuum could move and pull it around. You can see in most of the review pictures it just doesn’t sit super flat. I could see myself having to constantly rearrange the rug position which is why in the end I decided to return. Amazon return was simple and I have since purchased a heavier grade carpet style rug of similar size for a similar price ($175aud) and am much happier as it stays put!

So lightweight and easy to clean! Not thick, but able to fit in washing machine which was a priority for me. Nice non-slide backing. Very happy with this purchase.

We bought the grey and beige one in size 9x6. It fits perfectly around a queen size bed. So soft and beautiful pattern. Love the different shades of grey and the little hints of a peachy beige to warm it up. Yes it is thin but with the rubber under layer to keep it from shifting it feels very solid. Nice balance of masculine/feminine. Really love it! 10/10 and of course great price!! One day shipping what more can you ask for.
