I purchased two of these beds for two different dogs. I bought two separate beds because I was trying to match my dogs' fur colors to the bed. That way the dog hair doesn't show up so much and I feel less compelled to vacuum them too often.I order the one pictured, which is a dark gray sleeping area with light gray trim. What I received is silver gray on silver gray. Unfortunately my dog is black so the hair shows up all over the place. I had already returned one that was the correct color because it was the wrong size. I just kept this one rather than go though the return hassle.This bed is very soft and comfortable; however, the other bed that I purchased is thicker and softer. If I had it to do over, I would have purchased two of the other beds.I bought these through AmazonSmile so this company does allow you to make a difference with a donation from the total purchase. That's star worthy as well.

This size comfortably fits the Great Pyrenees I'm fostering well. The cushion is really great though and the memory foam is standing up great. My cats like to sleep on it when she's in the other room.The only small con is the fabric on top is a little tall/wavy. Think shag rug. So some treat residue/small bits of kibbles can get stuck in them. I do vacuum the bed and it vacuums well but because of the longer strands, you have to pick some of it out by hand.Overall though, happy with my purchase and she seems to be happy with it too

FYI I've never made a review before. I bought this bed for my Aussie/Shepard mix she gets super hot in the summer here in AZ. She has multiple beds but she normally sleeps on the wood floor belly down or legs up depending on where the fan is blowing! This bed has changed her life she sleeps on it all night without getting off to lay by the vent. Our AC went out 4 days ago and when she was in the house with us grabbing things to take with us she would still lay on the cooling bed it was 100 degrees inside and 120 outside. I highly recommend because I love watching her sleep so comfortable!

FurHaven Pet Products We have purchased, now 5, dog beds from you. We always got the Jumbo as it was the perfect size for our Lucas Dukas. His living room bed was looking worn, so we purchased another. When it arrived, it was smaller than the previous 4. My husband placed a call to your customer service, and they explained that the company had changed their sizing options. Since we had already purchased 4 beds, the agent told us he would upgrade our purchase to the largest Jumbo XL as a courtesy (a $$$150% upgrade in cost, at no extra charge for us). It is so big and luxurious that I can lay comfortably with him for long belly scratches.A few days after we received the bed, we found out our sweet boy had skin cancer and had to have surgery. That surgery was yesterday, and this is Lucas this morning, loving the comfortable, extra large jumbo bed. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and making our baby's recovery just a little bit easier. #happycustomer

This is the jumbo. It arrived today. I have a Chihuahua and a Bichon who share the day bed. At night they sleep on my bed. They had a nice stuffed-type bed (don't remember where I bought it) but last time I washed it, I forgot to wash only the cover and the stuffing came out all lumpy and support suffered. So this new one is firmer and they won't sink down into it. They are old dogs and I think this one will be better for them. The cover fabric is very thin, but it is easy to remove and to reinstall the cover after washing. Zippers work well so far. There is not a strong smell. Apparently the Chihuahua likes it -- she tried to bed down even before I got the cover completely back on. Cannot give 5 stars without knowing if this bed will last a few years like the previous one did.

I was hesitant to buy this - because my dog normally does not like dog beds (did not use any one I have bought before). However, after switching from a king bed to a queen bed for myself and partner - he could not sleep with us anymore and I knew I needed to figure something out. I went out on a whim and tried this. I’m so thankful!! He loves it, had no hesitations, and sleeps on it every night. My cat loves it too

We just moved and got new furniture so we want to train him to not use every couch and chair as a dog bed. We had a smaller one but for a 130 pound dog on hardwood floors we needed it thicker to keep his elbows from feeling the floor. He loves it so I love it. It takes up a good amount of space but so does he so it's well worth it. There's a lot of dog beds out there and this is one of the better ones.

Bought one last year and my dog loved it, but the foam has started to become flat where he lays all the time and there are some holes in the fabric from him digging to get comfortable so I figured I'd buy a new one for him. The newer one came today and its smaller than the one I got last year. I ordered from the same link and bought the same size... I don't quite get why they newer one is smaller and I dont like it. My dog is 85 lbs and even on his old one when he laid down, sometimes he would hang off it, so with the new one being even smaller than the old one.. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it

Needed a new bed for the pups, and wanted to get something with better support. Old ones all had egg shell type foam and it starts to degrade over time and gets harder and harder to clean. This bed has two types of foam (memory and medical grade) glued together and the added bolster along the sides (neither of the dogs have used it as a pillow yet though). It's a bit bulky and awkward to take apart and wash the cover, but manageable. Bolster and foam cannot be machine washed, only spot cleaned. One of the dogs spends a lot of time here; she's 85lbs and has plenty of room.Only had the bed a week, but so far so good.

When we took the covers off to wash the zips broke. Poor quality zips and not fit for purpose. We need replacement beds as we threw out our old ones. Emailed for support and no reply
