Finally found my go-to Omega 3
I’ve tried a few different fish oil supplements, but I’m really happy with this one. It’s been a game-changer for me. The triple strength is noticeable because I feel like I’m getting a solid dose of Omega 3 without having to take a ton of pills.I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now, and I’ve noticed my focus at work has improved. Great quality, works amazing for Hair growth if combined with Taoist Soap together
I use these as my acupuncturist told me that i need these, and I found that whenever I combine these and the Taoist soap (also found online), my hair growth is like 10x better, in speed and in thickness. So i am totally having the time of my life as always had thin hair (not bald of course, so if you are bald please don't take this wrongly as I doubt it will do the same affect, but it does help a lot).Also for people wanting a whole body antioxidant, combining with asthaxanthin and zeaxanthin (low dose) helps a lot with these omega oils for general well being.

Best Omega 3
If you have got to use OMEGA 3, then it has to be SOLGAR! Much cheaper on Amazon.co.uk than in Namibia (where £1 = N$25 after International Currency Fee. Also, Namibia has stopped importing this product due to Supplier inefficiency... SADLY.
