How much power does it use, mAh or amparege?

I cannot give you actual figures, but it is sufficient to run down the batteries of a smartphone pretty quickly. It is necessary for any prolonged use to provide USB power via a splitter adapter and external power supply. The use of an RF preamplifier makes the position worse. It will not be such a problem with a laptop, but it is worth using a fully charged machine or a laptop charger.
