Q: What is the point of the holes? Struggling to think what you can cook on that side without stuff dropping through?

Small pieces of pizza and quiche, as well as chips.

Q: Would these trays hold up on a BBQ to work as a flat(ish) hot plate or would they need to go on top of baking tray to last a day on the grill?

Hi We would not advise using any baking trays on a BBQ as the direct heat will cause them to warp and burn. They are only suitable for use in an oven - Chris

Q: What are the corect dimensions for this, please. They are given separately as 35x30x10 and 39x26.5x2cm.

Mine are 39x26.5x2cm and they are brilliant oven trays, really good quality and they don’t warp when heated as some cheaper ones do.

Q: Why has this got holes one side?

For cooking pizza, pasties etc. They cook better with the holes
