Fantastic upgrade for the Ender 3
This is a wonderful upgrade for the Ender 3.The video is a useful addition to the instructions that come with the kit, however I found the bolt on the lower V wheel was shown to be fitted the same way as the two higher V wheels, but the end of the bolt kept striking the gantry preventing contact with the X stop. Once fitted the other way round it cleared the gantry and all was fine.I have found the curved part fitted to the bottom of one of the fans is very close to the bed and can sometimes catch the print knocking it off. I will be removing it once the current print finishes.I have an EZ ABL probe and the new back plate holes were only marginally different from the original back plate and with a bit of filing the probe mount fitted a treat. The new position of the probe relative to the nozzle meant a delve back into Marlin coding and flashing the firmware, something I had not done for many years.Changing filament is a breeze , no more multiple menu clicks and button presses - just heat the nozzle to 200, lift the quick release lever and it comes out. Feed the new filament in and with a bit of pressure you can purge the nozzle and are ready to go.Overall I don't know why I waited so long for this upgrade.

Way better than expected. Zero jams, loading and unloading filament is super easy.
If your 3D Printer doesn't use one of these - what are you waiting for? You can even drill it with a 3mm bit to accomodate 2.75 plastic (instead of 1.75) and it works just as well as it did with the original 1.75 spec.

Great kit if you have the matching standard printer
Firstly instructions are bad, video is bad but its quite easy to work it out if you even want to do this mod i'm guessing you already know enough about 3d printers anyway.A good kit, has everything you need and the end result when slicer profile tuned good on retractions is much better than the stock setup. Its also much better than the cheap direct drive kit you can buy which is just a mount to move the existing stepper to above the hotend.Obviously make sure you tune your esteps once installed, we had them around 402 (i think recommends 405 but this was too high for us)

Spot On
Fitted to my ender pro, perfect that's all i can say. draws the filament without any issues. great upgrade and well worth the time and monies to fit on your printer. don't forget to calibrate your extruder after fitting.

A must have for your Ender 3 series 3d Printer
The Creality Official E·Fit Extruder is a must have for your Ender 3. It utilizes a 3:1 gear ratio and it is equipped with a high torque stepper motor. One of the best aspects of it is that it supports both Bowden and direct extrusion setups. It has a quick release which makes disassembly easier and allows for quicker swaps of the hot end. With the 3:1 gear ration it will grip the filament tighter so there will be less of a chance of it jamming. If you have an Ender 3 or CR-10` series, then you should get one of the Creality Official E·Fit Extruders. I highly recommend it!

NOT universal. Will not fit CR10 Smart or CR6SE
Not able to be used on CR10 Smart or CR6SE printers due to the load cell in the hot end setup. Had high hopes of converting my machines to direct drive, but these are NOT universal.

Nice looking kit, BUT…
Cannot be used with Spider hotend as that does not have a threaded inlet for the filament. There is no way to mount it to the extruder without that. You may be able to make a custom fit for a CR-10 v2, but it won't work out of the box. You'll need to do something for the part cooling, and the included PTFE stub tube is way too short for proper operation. I'm not sure how you would determine the correct length as it must be exact. I honestly didn't get far enough to try making the stock BL Touch bracket work, but there certainly wasn't any dedicated holes to mount one.Nice enough kit if you own a matching printer. Was looking forward to finally getting the Spider working and direct drive for my v2. Back on the shelf for both.
