Great product that I used to remove tight rust spots ...
Great product that I used to remove tight rust spots in my vintage BMX bicycle Frame. I recently was able to purchase a barn find BMX bike that hadn't been touched in over 25 years. There was quite a bit of oxidation around the welds and in the tight areas of the frame. I wish I had better before and after pics but unfortunately I don't. This product seems to work well but you'll still need to use plenty of elbo grease working the rust out. Another thing I like about this product is I felt that I wasn't harming the chrome in any way. Keep in mind that Quick - Glo makes a more abrasive version of this product that will have the ability to scratch some finishes. I have used both and would recommend sticking with the "Fine" version. I had noticed using the more harsh version on a pair of stainless steel handlebars left very fine scratches on the finish.

Was skeptical but works great. Chrome sparkles now.
I was skeptical of this product. Stumbled on Jay Leno kind of showing it off on YouTube. Decided to give it a shot. Picked up a used motorcycle last year. It's clearly spent some time living outside. Not garage pampered like it is now. There was alot of surface rust, foggy corrosion etc on much of the chrome. There were many black specs on the exhaust. Tell you what. Impressed with this product. Maybe tgere are similar things on the market. I don't know. But tg is stuff is great. Some of my spots are too far gone. Straight up exposed rust and on those spots this doesn't do anything. But the small surface rust, any rust residue on the chrome etc, this cleans up great. Rub it on, work it around. Wipe it off. Beautiful finish again. Charity ride this weekend and the bikes looking better than I've ever seen it.

Super Chrome & Glass Cleaner!
Saw this recommended on Jay Leno's Garage. Ordered it online as it is not available in the national chain stores. It's American Made by Father Daughter team. Works great. Cleaned the glass very easily on a 1981 Fiat that had been sitting and made the mirrors look brand new! I used the Fine Formula. It worked very week on the chrome bits as well. Some of that stuff is just chrome flaking off and that needs to be reapplied. Surface rust it works absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend buying this over the stuff in the mass market. To my understanding, they use chemicals. Quick-Glo uses natural waxes and oils..

does the job
I bought this after reading the reviews to try and bring my chrome back on this 21 year old neglected bike.I am pleased with the results and did not go in expecting a miracle. I found it works better if applied with a soft bristle tooth brush and wiped off before it dries. once it dries it becomes harder to remove. A few spots I had to do more than once but for the most part that is no reflection on the product but due severe neglect on this bike. I must say this works well and definatly made a huge difference in the appearance. Curious to see how it holds up after a few washings but so far I'm happy with it.

Mind blowing, eliminates pitting, good chrome cleaner. Just try it !
Been using this since I was 15 . ( I'm getting close to retirement age ) . If you own anything with chrome, especially if it is almost too dirty, or starting to pit, this stuff will impress you and anyone who sees it. Worked it a bike shop that used this on chrome rims when I was a high school kid. ( Took the rust off my grandparents Buick bumper...looked like new.....they couldn't believe it . ) Later showed this to a bike show owner who then stocked it and sold plenty. This, to me , is like a secret for restoration and chrome loving gearheads like me.Old tee shirt cloth, a little dab of this, ( here's a funny but true assist also.....spit on the cloth and chrome cleaner and then rub )….Amazing how this makes all rust, and even light pitting completely disappear. Have seen so many people who said " No way ! , It's pitted. Too late " Wrong ! Also had some fun with a salesman who was trying to sell some crappy pink stuff. Gave him a rusty rim and said " Okay, show me ". Then used this....and he immediately gave up and left. Just try it. Tell them an old bicycle man / gear head knew his stuff and shared. Just used this on my full dress scooter that's has sat too much. Fell in love all over again with the chrome. ( I love making things look new again ! ….especially good old quality things ) PS: If you mess with leather or wood....go online and find an obscure product called " Skidmore's " it will blow your mind, too . Wonder if Mike and Frank from American Pickers know about these products ?

Negative reviews?
So, I have a Harley that sat in a disrepair, disassembled state for 5-6 years. When I decided to put it back together during COVID lockdown, I started unboxing various chrome parts and found lots of rust/oxidizing on the chrome. I thought it would all need to be replaced, but did some investigating on internet and found this stuff. Figured why not. I am so happy I found it. I cant say enough about how awesome it works. I dont understand the reviews mentioning scratching or not working - this stuff is amazing. I only bought the “fine” and it works really well. To those with “Scratching” or no results, the only thing I can think is that youre not using it on hard chrome, or your “Microfibre” towels arent very good. Again, this stuff is amazing!

Had better hopes.
Had better hopes..after watching Leno garage you tube video...Shines up chrome but as far as getting rid of pitted rust it takes effort and the good old alluminum foil and water works better...but use the Quick Glo for clean/shine and polish. Works great on glass . Overall because it’s non toxic...Grade B out of F to A+
