Is oilatum bath formula ok to use on babies

I haven't tried it but I would guess so. I have extremely sensitive, allergic skin and it's perfect for me - been using it for years!

Is this a shower gel?

No it is not a gel it is a bath additive, you add to bath water and it moisturises the skin. You are supposed to soak for 10-20 minutes, I can only manage to sit for 5mins
