I have been taking a couple of these before dinner, and with regular exercise I have noticed that they help me stabilize my weight.

These pills are big, but the supply is even bigger. Taking these as directed and in conjunction with exercise and proper nutrition has helped me maintain my body weight and look good while doing it.

This is a large bottle of CLA capsules. The gel cap pills are large, but they go down easily. The ingredient list is short, which is always a good thing. The ingredients list as per the bottle is: gelatin, glycerin, natural caramel color, and purified water. And, of course, there is the safflower oil, which is listed as being 95% CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). The capsules do have a slight castor oil taste, which is not pleasant. It is not too bad and is not a problem if you swallow them down quickly. As with all supplements, do your research and make sure it is something you actually need before taking it.

What makes this supplement attractive other than its benefits, is the mega supply that you get with this product. It requires two capsules per serving. And you get 240 capsules in each bottle. So that's a four month supply, right there.However, if you're like me...when I first start taking a product that I have never used before, I start with one capsule. Because... I find that sometimes with my body and how sensitive it is, that's all I need. So if it keeps working, then I end up with an 8 month suppky. And that still stays way within the expiration date. So far so good. I have not experienced any negative side effects.I love the fact that this supplement helps with many issues within your immune system, and body. It increases bone strength, which I already have a good solid bone density. But I figured that it can't hurt to keep it strong. It helps with your heart health. I do have CHF; so it's my desire is to keep my heart going strong. It's helping to keep my blood sugar levels in check.I'm starting to see my immune system get a little bit stronger over these last few months. So I have to say that this product does work. But like all supplements, if you're on medications, or you've got certain health issues, you might want to consult your physician first. Because...unfortunately like I've experienced sometimes, there are supplements that may work for someone else, but they doesn't work for me.However, as for me... I would say this is definitely worth giving a try.

The outer seal on the packaging was easy to remove and the inner seal was easy to remove, but not quite that easy to remove completely. Even though there is not much smell or taste to these, each individual capsule is amongst the largest that I have seen and consumed, so you really need to take these by themselves one at a time. This way, you can better pace yourself at taking the recommended daily intake of 2 per day and add even more pace for the rest of your daily supplements.Since you are ingesting 3000 mg of safflower oil from 2 capsules, you can just take one capsule per day and still get 1500 mg of safflower oil, while giving your body more time to absorb the safflower oil as well. I ordered this CLA supplement because I am overweight and have health problems that prevent me from doing any strenuous activity so I am always trying supplements to help with my inflammation so I can move better. I also don't eat hardly an red meat so when I read that CLA is found naturally in some foods I ordered these to supplement my diet. Upon receiving these like everything I read extensively the pros and cons. And the cons outweigh the pros for me. I will leave it at that. I am sure this is a great product. You get a large bottle and labeled well. I would recommend this product just not for me.

There's nothing wrong with extra antioxidant support and this is a high potency CLA with a huge quantity of capsules which fits my needs perfectly. With the potency of these I only need one per day to supplement my personal diet. This one has my recommendation, 4 stars from me.
