Good teaching item
Excellent for teaching primary age children about shapes and introducing Area, Volume, Angle(s).

Really good resource
My daughter has found getting her head around three-dimensional shapes difficult but these are absolutely spot-on. It allows her to look at the vertices sides and really be able to feel and imagine them being see-through also helps her to understand how they’re drawn in books. Would definitely recommend these to anyone whose children are struggling with three dimensional shapes.

Good for learning shape.
I bought these for my outdoor preschool class. I was a bit disappointed as they seem as they may break when dropped on a concrete floor so I have been nervous to use them much. But the shapes are a great size and accurate. Better for indoor use.

A Great Gift For An Inquisitive Child
Great shapes, well made, all sides are very smooth apart from the bottom which has the injection moulding pimple. Nice colours, and you can open each one as well. This is a great thing to give to an inquisitive child to play with, for art practice or just to enjoy the transparent colours and shapes.

I've used these in class already and the students love them. Its a bright and colourful way to engage the learners from playing games to being able to use them for measurements of mass to the basic shapes they where intended. Very good tool to have for kids or struggling adults.

Can trap kids fingers
The shapes are very nice, and my son loved them, but they have clear removable panels, presumably so they can be filled, and these panels have a small hole in them with a stopper, just the right size for a five year old to get their fingers stuck. Which my son did within 24 hours of having the set. Fortunately the plastic is brittle and easy to break and he didn't suffer any injuries, but he did lose half of his sphere and was very upset. This is a nice set, but I feel a warning about the finger sized holed is needed.

Geometric Solids
I brought this to help my special needs, home schooled children to understand 3d shapes properly. They came in a well packaged, sturdy box. The shapes are a good size for children's hands. They are translucent which makes seeing there is an area (or any space at all) inside easy for my autistic son. They colours make them very attractive. Mine like shining torches through them. They played with them for about an hour today and it has already improved their understanding. There is an informative leaflet with ideas within the box. Really useful, tactile and pretty shapes. This is numeracy and fun.

I was facing difficulty in educating my little ones in understanding edges, faces and vertices of 3D shapes. This simplified my work.

Great quality shapes. My son loves to build with them as we name each shape. These have helped him better identify different shapes in preparation for school.
