Tried the usual returns policy bit through amazon but on the invoice their doesn't appear to be any way of sending it back under warranty. Only required this once to start a vehicle but found it excellent as backup power for mobile phones & ipad. It has been moved from the boot to the front seat and knapsack - would not be without it whenever I travel.
