Granddaughter follows this book religiously (age7) and can understand it perfectly

Great concept as a training guide stand-up book. Sturdy design and lovely clear pictures and good guidance. Bought along with an indoor training beam so great accompaniment. Niece has another in the series and loves all thing gymnastic related. Age 5-6 and follows happily. The book contains more advanced moves to support older kids learning from it too.Great series. Happily recommend

My daughters like this range of books, they use them to practice their gymnastics at home. It's good that it can stand up as they can see it while practicing the moves.

A lovely book with clear photos and instructions how to carry out different gymnastic moves. Perfect for my girls 9 and 11 years who love their gymnastic lessons to practice at home with their new mats they had for Christmas. Some moves may have to wait till the weather improves to do outside!!

Learning my granddaughter as she already has the beam

My impressions of the book is that it is first class. It is part of a gift for an 11 year old girl later to go with a floor beam. I think that she will be very pleased with it.

My daughter loved this book and was hoping there would be more like this one, maybe for routines or uneven bars.Good quality photos and tips that my daughter enjoyed reading.
