ok , it did smell when it arrived ..sprayed with fabrize ..sorted .... firstly the product looks cheap but my gripe with this product is that it doesnt stay in postion, it s more of a shoulder support, it slips down that far .it doesnt do wt it s supposed to and that is support the neck.even if it did i think the packing inside the cheap lookin faux leather cae is too hard anyway... dont make the same mistake as me, feel very disappointed and i ve wasted a tenner .tbh i wouldnt have paid anywhere near that, just looking at ..if i d seen it in a shop , just on the apperance alone and the fact that it doesnt do wt it s supposed to makes even worse.

I bought this as I have a sports car with Recaro bucket seats which don't allow for any head/neck support adjustment, essentially because these seats are designed for track use where you would be wearing a crash helmet. The item looks suprisingly good quality and the straps are strong enough. It's been in place on the driver's seat for a month now with no issues at all, it's perfect for what I want and almost looks made for the car like original equipment.

i brought this as i have problems with my neck every time i got in the car i felt i needed extra surport for my neck and spine well im glad i purchased this as its fantastic very comfortable and had no pain in my neck at all when im in the car. i did read comments saying it smells a bit funny when arrived well mine didnt smell at all and my nose is great for smells. it does come from china so it takes a while to arrive but well worth the wait.

Sure, this does have a new smell, which is reminiscent of camphor. However, the faux-leather covering can be removed (zip hidden at the rear) and the hard-foam `support' taken out to air. I used a fabric freshener, which I sprayed a couple of times. Within a few days, the new smell was virtually gone - with no after-effects in the room it was in.It literally does fit in a matter of seconds by means of a single elastic strap with a `side release' buckle and provides support just where needed - in my case, by cushioning my neck. The seats of my car are charcoal black and this support blends in much better than I thought it would. It's also not as cumbersome as some previous neck supports I've used, inasmuch as it doesn't jut out a great deal.

I love this neck pillow, its great support for my neck and just what I wanted. it does smell a bit. but it has a zip so u can remove and wash it first if u want to. or like me I opened it and sprayed it with fabezee fabric freshner and left it for few days in open air to dry out. then used it in my car (Vauxhall astra).

Not bad for the price did buy to use in a Mercedes SLK due to the head rest being further back resulting in looking up rather than ahead when using the same. Did find the neck pillow lacking in support, but that could be due to explanation above. Would I buy another one not certain will review again in a few weeks

This doesn't fit my van (Mercedes Sprinter) particularly well as the elastic is a little short. It has turned into more of a neck support. I think there are better things on the market so I wouldn't recommend.
