High quality , high cost but worth it if you can afford it.
Expensive though my cats coats are the best I've seen them look , they're 12 as well. Mix it up a bit because the same favour each day means they'll go off it , love my two cats but they are fussy so if you start this, they won't go back to the 4 per cent products.....which is probably a good thing! If you can afford it mix with almo brand as very different and dry food from royal canin , exigent stuff they love.

Worth EVERY penny
Love my old (17 years), but a bit ragged around the edges male cat - who was not looking too good a few months ago. He'd lost a bit of weight, although he was eating the same as normal and he seemed bright enough, so I didn't think he was ill - just old - if you know what I mean. So I tried this - and he is literally transformed! He has put on weight, his coat is thicker and he seems like his old (younger!) former self! Even though this food is a million times more expensive than what he used to eat. It's worth every penny.

My 17 yr old cat has renal problems and has lost weight. Despite being fed on demand, she never seemed satiated. This food is different - she really enjoys it, and appears to be more content than when she was eating 'normal' cat food. Such a relief, as I'd tried every brand going. I know its expensive but it's working out cheaper as she isn't just eating the jelly and leaving the chunks as with other brands.

Clearly high quality food but not to my cats taste
Great quality food with apparently tasty gravy but my elderly cat (17+) leaves the majority of the meat. Wish I had been able to try a single pouch so as to confirm it was suitable for my cat's fussy palate! She does love senior high calorie dry food though.

I always use this as recommended by my vet for a cat who suffers cystitis now and again. The moisture content is high, which is good for her as she doesn't drink much water. Both my cats enjoy it.
