Q: what are dimensions i.e. height x length

It is 8' x 8'. Best thing ( along with the mat ) I ever got for the garden.

Q: I was planning to use it inside my garage which has a concrete floor, can you anchor the frame with weights/bricks to avoid it moving

I do exactly that in my garden since the hoops to stick in the ground don't hold well against a strong wind. However, I would also say that the hoops or weights are needed only only for the wind. Using a golf ball I've never overturned the net. It's very resistant to golf balls. Maybe footballs or cricket balls could overturn the net. Something else to watch out for is that the real width of the whole assembly is nearer 10 feet since the side stays bulge outwards to hold the top of the net stretched tight. You can't see this in the illustrations on the web site. I use the net down the side of the house which has a width of 9' 6" between the house and the fence. The fiber glass side stays rub against the house wall and the fence. Might eventually be a problem, but for now all is well. Last point is that the net and supports are really well made and the assembly is very easy even for just one person. I left the net out all summer with no apparent problems other than the water that runs down the side stays into the base tubes. The base tubes have no outlets so the water has stayed there rusting the steel base tubes. For next season I will drill some holes on the base tubes to let out the water. Heads up for the manufacturer: ALL TUBES IN OUTDOOR GEAR SHOULD HAVE DRAINAGE HOLES! Cheers Ian

Q: Does this need to be fixed to the floor with pegs?

Yes. It has two "u" shaped pegs for anchoring it to the ground. It can stand up on its own though, but I wouldnt recommend it. Its a brilliant bit of kit. Had mine for a few months and used it a lot with no problems at all.

Q: What are the dimensions of the bag when packed?

Don’t know exactly but would say 3 foot long by 18inches. Doesn’t take up a lot of space
