I bought this product a month ago and having tried it I have to say that I love it. The sachets are really convenient and they taste great - it makes me feel like I'm having a treat after meals! When I've tried this kind of thing in the past I've found it difficult to stick to taking them everyday but I've downloaded the new app they have and it reminds me to take my sachet so that's not a problem anymore. In terms of weightloss I have seen a real difference in the last month - I have lost around 5kg so far and it seems to be speeding up! I also feel good as it makes me feel fuller for longer so I am not snacking between meals.

You have to really read the website & packaging and follow the system. There is no simple way to lose weight. If you do follow it, and making sure you drink loads of water, 2 liters per day they recommend, you will lose weight. But be warned, they do taste awful at first, until you get used to the taste. An excellent product, I find the sachets are easier to swallow than the tablets and the taste is quite reasonable too. This seller seems to offer consistently the most competitive price when compared to others and delivery is always really fast and the product well packaged. I would definitely recommend this product and this seller.

did not work for me,, ive been dieting fr almost 2 years ,, lost over 56lbs,, these did not help me lose anymore weight,,, waste of money ,,

Doesn't work at all. Ive been taking these after every meal and doing a 15min workout on bike. Cut down on snacks and carb and been eating 3 main healthy meals. I'm a full time mum so that's all the time I can spend on exercising (I was hoping household chores would be enough exercising too). But seems these only work for people who spend 2 hrs in gyms everyday or something... Very disappointing.

I have Sceloderma which gives me problems with swallowing and digestion. Not good for someone in there 30's. I use this product after each meal and it helps to move the food quicker into my stomach. I no longer get food stuck in my throat. I don't use this as a diet product, but would recommend as a swallowing aid for people who have issues with food feeling like it's trapped in the throat. Not to be used as a thickening product for extreme cases. This has now helped me to eat more normal then I have done, which has helped my energy levels for daily activity.
