The order arrived quickly and the device is easy to set up over the top of a door. I use it several times a day to improve the range of motion for my shoulder after having shoulder surgery. It is durable and helped me improve each week.

As you can see, the pulley is very simple. I was apprehensive, worried that some part of it might break or snap and cause major injury that would land me back on the operating table for my shoulder. I'm a larger man with heavier arms than most, and not once have I felt I couldn't fully rely on this. If you're undergoing physical therapy, you absolutely need this, it's a game changer for your recovery.

Works fine and can really help you with rehab from an injury or doing your physical therapy exercises at home after an injury. Needs a tight fit between top of door and frame otherwise it will not hold in place correctly.

Pulley is inexpensive, appears to be flimsy, but proves otherwise. Equivalent to pulley I have been using at physical therapy clinic.

Easy to adjust the length of the ropes with a new knot to maximize effectiveness. Using it to keep my range of motion prior to surgery. And will use it later during recovery.
