Great for the price
For the price (less than £10), these seem to be ridiculously good headphones. Reasonably comfortable, clear sound. They come with an adaptor from 3.5mm on the cable to 6.35mm (1/4") - clip-on rather than my preferred screw-on adaptor, but again... ten quid!!! I'd buy again.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!
First of all, GREAT SERVICE from AMAZON did not expect it so fast...THANK YOU The HPS3000 is great value for money, I got them for playing the piano not to disturb the neighbours, so I can practice for as long as I want, actually it works, you can faintly hear what's going on around you so not 100% sound blocking, but is quite good, the quality sound is very sharp excellent... they are soft on top and comfortable to wear, I have a small head and ears so fits quite well, they look pretty robust and look good, the cable is thick not flimsy at all, also comes with a 3.5mm jack as well as the 6.35mm that you have to unscrew if you don't need a 6.35mm, but could come handy... if you take care of them, it will last you for quite a long time, I actually like them and feel that for the wonderful price of just over £13.00 I think is a steal! They are great for adults so long your head is average and children, I totally recommend this product 100%

Not Brilliant But Certainly Not Bad!!
I purchased these for making music with my midi controller and sound card. First off you can't compare these to a set of high quality Roland studio headphones such as the RH-200 which I used to own a long time ago. They will run you £80 to £90. Even those Rolands aren't the best you can get. Roland makes some that are a lot better but now you're spending well over £100. It used to be that the £80 set was the starting point for anyone looking to make music but I was certainly surprised by the quality of these as soon as I put them on. I set everything to 24bit 48khz and the resolution is excellent. On the downside, I do hear a little bit of buzz and breakup when I play certain grand piano Vsti instruments. But it's not much and it only shows up with instruments that produce very deep bass. These particular headphones (according to other reviews) are known to produce excessive bass so I will experiment with some eq tweaking. Everything else just sounds really good. One more negative worth a mention. Someone said that they do not hurt your ears at all. I've only ever had a few headphones in my life that don't hurt after prolonged use and these are no exception. It really depends on your ears. No company in the world can make a set of headphones that are a perfect fit for everyone and these started to make my ears a little sore after about a solid hour of use. Not bad. Perhaps they're break in with wear! I got mine for £15 shipped and I can tell you that I've spent 20 years buying a variety of headphones (always on the look out for a bargain) and these are indeed a great bargain. Update: 10th of March 2014. Several days later: I've had these now for several days and I thought I'd come back and give a small update. The headphones actually did "break in" believe it or not and no longer hurt my ears. I did bend them a couple of times to take some of the excess tension of the band. Be careful you don't break them! I've been listening to some old albums that I love such as Brian Eno's Music for Airports and some other electronica. These old analog albums are the hardest for a set of "modern" headphones to handle as they were made long before the days of digital recording technology. I really love these headphones and I highly recommend anyone on a budget who's looking for great sound reproduction!

Great for the price - 5yr review
I bought these in 2019, they still work absolutely fine - I'm grateful to the reviewer at that time who mentioned that the cable is a bit thin. It is. I've been 'normally' careful with the cable and it's lasted just fine. No crackles, breaks etc. I've had more expensive, thicker guitar cables which have not lasted as long. The sound is decent, as good as you'd expect from anything in this price range. I've used these on a pretty much weekly basis with laptops, DAWs, amplifiers and mixers - all good. So providing you don't use them as a yo-yo or drop 'em in a river, these headphones are likely to be as good as you'd want for this money. Definitely worth the price IMHO.

Coating falls apart after a few years
Headphones are pretty good for the price, but after a couple of years the glossy covering to the padding starts to disintegrate, leaving plastic flakes on your ears, clothes, floor.

Super Sound Quality
I use these for recording & editing my podcast. I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money, as the pod hasn't been going long. But to be honest, as a basic pair of headphones, these are really fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised. Thinking initially I would need to upgrade relatively quickly. However, I'll be keeping these until the day they die. They are excellent. Perform really well for live listening & editing. Really good value for money.

Great sound but yes, uncomfortable
As others said, yes, they're uncomfortable after so long, not even an hour and my lugs began being uncomfortable then painful unfortunately. They're badly designed shape wise for the ears. BUT.... for £11....the sound really honestly is very satisfying! Like, very very good. It did surprise me how good the sound quality is and for me it was worth it, value for money against the sound quality VS the discomfort.... Totally worth it and honestly I'd have paid more. Durability, meh, it's £11...plastic...thin cable.... Who knows.... But for the cost you're going to get plenty of use out of it to make it well worth the small cost regardless if they break in a year or two. Just look after them and I don't see why you'd have why issues, treat them the way you would any of your expensive kit. You should anyways. Easy to use. Normal size. Worth it for sure.

I bought these headphones in 2019 and have been quite happy with them for about 4 years. The sound was great, they are comfortable and do fit well. The inner soft material has now begun to peel off which I am not too bothered about. Unfortunately though, there is no longer sound coming from the right ear phone. The wire must have worn out. Although I was hoping these would last longer than 4 years I am contemplating buying a new pair of the same but will probably look around first before I decide. I am still leaving 5 stars as I'm not certain how long a product like should be expected to last before needing to be replaced.
