great if you suffer from hay fever and/or asthma
I bought these to trial since I'd been having issues with waking up feeling very groggy, and I've long suffered with being unable to breathe well through my nose, due to hay fever and asthma. I also wanted to try use them while excercising to see if it would help me breathe through my nose better (apparently it's better through the nose since it filters out things before it enters your lungs?) sleeping wise, wearing these I am sleeping better. I have been sleeping with a fitbit tracker to try keep a track of my sleep quality, as I was worried I might have sleep apnea. Most of the time I sleep with one of these on my nose, I appear to be getting much more deep sleep. according to the tracker without I get about half an hour to three quarters of an hour of deep sleep - with the strip I seem to get around 1hr and 30minutes of deep sleep, roughly. It's not an exact science, but including that i feel better when I wake up as well - all signs point to the strips making the difference in my sleep by a fair margin. Using them for excercise, they did make a difference for me. I was able to breathe through my nose for once, normally my nose is clogged after about 30seconds to a minute of anything more intensive than a brisk walk, the main issue is that the adhesive I guess is more designed for people sleeping, and when sweat comes in to the equation then sticking it on to your nose becomes a bit of an issue. I found myself fiddling around with the strip to try and get it to stay on my nose. so maybe for this purpose the strips are not great - possibly something to take into consideration if you are someone who sweats a lot in their sleep, that maybe these are not for you. long story short - for sleep I would recommend giving them a shot, excercise maybe not.

Add to your basket, you won't regret it!
I have always been a bit of a snorer but since developing nasal polyps, it's got out of control. I was struggling to breathe during the night because no matter how many times I blew my nose or slept propped up, I could not breathe through my nose at all! I've tried countless nasal strips which promise to stop you snoring, all rubbish! However Breathe Right strips have literally changed my life, no exaggeration! As soon as the strip is on, it feels like both nostrils have been yanked apart, but in a good way! The airflow through my nose is enhanced 100%! The 1st night I wore them to bed, my partner said he had to check I was still alive because there was literally no sound coming from me 🫠 These may be a little expensive but imo, worth their weight in gold.

Great strips, getting pricier every few times I purchase.
These strips are great. I've been using them for a couple of years now and they make sleeping better. They don't work for snoring, at all, in my experience, but I have a deviated septum and they work great for that, keeping my closed nostril open so I can sleep better. Someone mentioned he had trouble sticking them on for the gym, I go first thing in the morning with the nighttime strip still on and it works a treat. I have better stamina due to being able to breath properly. The only issue is, to avoid the price history function, the seller keeps uploading it on a new seller page every time they change the price, so hunting it down every few months is annoying. The price has also jumped significantly since I first started buying them. The first time I bought it, on the 2nd of June 2024, it was 10.19 and it's now 13.99, that's over a 30% price raise in two years which is well above the cost of inflation. At this rate it will be over £20 within a few years.

Great product... but low score because of excessive plastic packaging
I'm a long-time customer of Breathe Right strips and give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for that. Don't bother with the cheaper copycats which either have poor adhesion or don't actually help open your airways. On their own they may not stop snoring, but they do make a difference. If you have inflammation at the top of your nose or nasal polyps, no product is going to help as the problem is the inflammation. But if you have mild narrowing of airways then these strips make the difference for being able to go to sleep breathing through your nose and getting a better night's sleep. I have only given 3 stars because of the climate disaster of the packaging. My set of 5 packs came in a box large enough for 30 packs and was filled with non-recyclable single use polystyrene packaging 'wotsits' and more plastic air pockets. I try to minimise waste especially single-use plastic waste and this went against that. The packs are not fragile and could have been tightly wrapped in a single layer of cardboard + packing tape. I'm hoping that Metropharm will take note and make changes.

Simply the best I've found, though still not perfect
I have had my nose broken a few times and have had 2 operations on it, the final operation was to help me breath through my nasal passage which was only partly successful. For years I have struggled with breathing through my nose, meaning I drink a lot more to try and stop my mouth from drying out. I primary wanted these strips to help me breath through my nose and stop the issues I have with dry mouth, sore throat and even ulcers. Secondary I hoped these strips would also help with my snoring. I can confirm that these strips do open my nasal passage, they do help againts sore throat and dry mouth and they do reduce snoring or so my wife tells me. I have tried cheaper brands on Amazon but they are never a large as the original and usually don't stick as well. The cheaper brands are better than nothing and I kept my cheap ones incase I run out of these. I have also tried breathing aids that you push into your nose, again these work and again not as well as these strips. They seem to work well at first but gradually weaken or fall out of your nose and can make your nose sore. I've also tried vapour inhalers and 'Happinose' nasal decongestant balm. The vapour inhalers are cheap and work well but only temporary. The balm works ok and lasts much longer than the inhalers. These strips are not perfect and do not cure my nasal issues, but are the best I've found and hence I have gave them 5 stars, I now subscribe for these to be delivered monthly. My nightly nasal routine is to give my nose a good blow, inhale eucalyptus vapour, apply 'Happinose' and finally, after wiping my nose, apply a 'large' breathright nasal strip. This gives me and my wife the best chance of a good night's sleep. Some nights are better than others I'm sure many others have a similar issues with their nasal passage, hopefully I've have given you a few ideas. I'll take a few pictures now, showing all the nasal aids I've tried or use, thanks for reading

Who Nose?
Here are my reviews for the following: - 1. Breathe Right strips 2. "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)" 3. "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid” “Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Stop Snoring Aids for Men & Women, Small/Medium Anti Snore Strips, Original Tan, 30 Strips”… These aren't the same as the 10 pack (clear) I bought from chemist for £6.10. These are a VERY sticky, solid plaster-type .... they adhere well but, as other reviewers have said, feel like they could rip your skin off when removing - as others suggest, moisten before removing. I have my nose under a running tap or remove in the shower: remove slowly and they won't damage your skin. They work in that they dilate the nostrils - these are the ones I re-order. (I can't comment about snoring as that's not a problem for me). I've tried the "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)" - smallest size was the only one I could tolerate... they do open the nasal passages, but, because they're baulky, they also partly block them. They quickly went in the bin. I next tried the "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid - Nasal Dilator for Athletic Breathing", this I managed to keep in all night the first time. Opens the nostrils without the feeling that it's blocking them at all. Be careful to manoeuvre the piece in your nose gently. However, I tried to tolerate them during the day and had 2 problems... firstly, lots of irritating discomfort (scratches inside of nose). Secondly, as soon as I put it in, I wanted to blow my nose.... obvious problem ensued. In the end I gave up. The design seems good but they need to be made of a material that doesn't scratch/irritate the nose. Summary: - Breath Right strips are great at dilating the nostrils - moisten (well) before/during removal. The 2 types of in-nostril dilators need rethinking or improving imho. Hope this helps someone else ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Changed for the worse
I’ve been buying these strips for years - I have always found them to be a really good product with no issues at all. However, the most recent pack was awful. The strips began to peel off after about 15 mins (previously they would last the whole night no problem), they were shorter than before, and they felt thicker. They were so bad, they are unusable. Will have to look for an alternative now, as I have read other reviews saying the same thing and this doesn’t seem to be a one off.

30 little wonders
These are great - the best anti-snoring, nasal deviation product I can buy. I have tried others and they are sub-standard but this particular product works for me in so many ways. No snoring, no unhappy partner. With these on I can breathe like I never have before and I sleep much better with them. I have seen negative reviews as well as positive reviews, so these are not for everyone, but they work for me - and without this I cannot breathe through my left nostril. I have tried others and these were the best. They are also the best price too, as in the pharmacy I can buy 6 for £9 but I bought 30 for £9.odd on here. Give them a try!
