Instant Lysimachiae Beverage (Jin Qian Cao Chong Ji)

I bought this product in the hopes it would make my liver/gallbladder flushing more effective. This tea has exceeded my expectations.I warn you, the taste takes some getting used to. The first time I drank it I thought Yuck! But after a couple days of drinking it I got used to the taste and now it's like a coffee replacement to me. I believe the bitter taste enhances bile flow as well, so the bad taste is probably a good thing.So I drank a whole box of the tea, 2x per day for 6 days. During the 6 days my GB symptoms did not really improve. If anything, I think this product has the potential to make it temporarily worse, as it really gets the stones moving in there. On the last day I did a liver flush. For the week following the flush I had NO SYMPTOMS (aside from some biliary soreness the following day). This has never happened to me, and I have done about 4 or 5 flushes before that one. After the other flushes I would feel better for a couple days before symptoms returned. I must say it was very strange to eat dinner and not have pain afterwards, having been living with this pain daily for a long time. My symptoms slowly returned over the next couple weeks as older stones move forward in my system.I just received 2 more boxes and am going to repeat the same routine. I'm hopeful this will bring me to the end of my gallstone journey and save me from having my GB removed : )
