Despite seeing a dermatologist, using expensive prescription coal tar shampoos (which smelt disgusting) and steroid creams nothing worked. My scalp was in such a state that clumps of hair were falling out and I ended up having to cut my thinning hair from long into a bob. Well I then tried rubbing my head scales with almond oil and I had a massive reaction to it and intense itching. I tried cooling it off with conditioner and then had a reaction to the conditioner aswell. I ended up with pins, needle, burning and tightness over my scalp. Unfortunately dermo was on hols. In desperation I ordered this product and thank you Amazon it came in 2 days. I had it on within half an hour of it arriving and instant itch relief! Well after 1 week my psoriasis is clear! This product does not make my hair fall out either! I am not using any other products ever again! It has a pleasant medicated smell like Vosene. My hair also has bounce back and it looks a million times better. I have also been able to colour my hair. I feel relief! I can only assume the success of this product has something to do with the herbal formula. It is a 2 in 1 with conditioner but it does leave the hair dry but when you can buy conditioner for under £1 you can't really grumble. I make sure that her scalp gets a good massage with the shampoo as this increases circulation apparently.I have a lesser condition and it didn't work on me at all in fact gave me dandruff so it doesn't work for everyone but as one of the cheaper brands i have tried it was well worth it.It lasts ages I received this on 23rd March and two months later there is still a fair bit left and my daughter has hair below her shoulder blades so is fairly long. This is based on twice a week using 3 doses one area is completely cleared of the red mark but still gets itchy when it gets close to hair wash day.So pleased i decided to search on amazon and thank you to all the other reviewers comments (good and bad) not everything works on everyone but well worth a try. It was horrible. I cant vouch for any other product as this was the first I used. After a couple of applications I can safely say im over the worst. It hasnt completely gone yet, but after 3 washes with it my scalp doesnt itch and I dont have plaques anymore, or rather they came out as I was combing and have pretty much not returned.Im very happy and much more confident about my hair now.EDIT: However - this has not cured my psoriasis neither did I really think it would.
