This product is highly under valued and under rated. Made in the USA, extremely solid build quality, no portion of the device feels loose or cheap. Install is a breeze. Even installing a new filter is easy with the supplied parts. Granted I have some experience with handy man projects, the install and video make it beyond simple. Finished in under 10 minutes. I use the water for drinking, my table top ice maker, coffee, and pets. There is a positive, noticeable difference in taste, and texture to the water. So much so that my dog will not drink water that has not gone through the filter. Picky little trouble maker! Lol. I purchased my home used with all the supplies appliances. A stainless Frigidaire 3 door, with Ice and water dispenser, well the previous owners never hooked up the water line to the fridge much to my disappointment (why buy/pay the extra amount for thar functionality and never use it?). So this filter and my little Frigidaire counter top ice maker are a perfect combo. I 100% recommend this filter. In the picture you can see how much sediment and other contaminates it pulls out.

I just got mine today , and the expression is familiar, and so I'm wanting to remove the funny taste and look of my NYC water living in a pre war building.I want to remove all the bad and keep the good!I love that it was so easy and quick to install and the directions were so clear, I'm thrilled not to be having to drill holes ...the price point was amazing as well , I caught a flash sale, so I jumped on it.I think this is a keeper.Thank 😊

The stainless case and connecting hoses are high quality and the unit is very easy to install. The description says it’s a .5 micron filter, that’s highly unlikely because of the filter size and flow rate. It’s more probably a 5 micron filter. I expected the.5 micron was an error and the filter worked well for about 4 months. Since there are just two of us and we use relatively little water I expected the filter to last a minimum of one year probably much more. At four months the chlorine taste of tap water was obvious. I plan to buy a replacement filter for the case and if that needs replacing within a year I’ll replace the whole unit.I’ve raised my rating up from two stars to four because of their excellent customer service. They responded to my review by providing a unit, filter and case.

Easy to set up under the sink. Very nice steel braided lines. The main piece is stainless steel and is very well made. I am impressed. Anyone trying to get away from plastics will be impressed.

I'm in an RV full time. This has been a lifesaver while staying in a place with heavy mineral well water.

This arrived the other day. I opened it and reviewed all the content and instructions. I grabbed my tool box and went to the room and opened up the doors under the sink. I looked at my watch and had install completed including flushing things clear in less than 15 minutes. Well designed easy to install. Sturdy solid frame. I opened it up to check ease of filter replacement. Works well, clear easy to replace.
