Good product
A great little device with the ability to clear down error messages. Toyota can't fix whatever the issue is, so this at least allows me to see the dashboard features rather than an error message.

Simple to use and one use saves you money.
Local Ford garage wanted several times the cost of this scan tool to read the code on a Ford Fiesta (2007). Simple to use, exactly as described in the instruction book. Locate the socket, with ignition off plug in, switch ignition on (but do not start the engine), unit identifies language and then menu displays code, while another option resets code. I found the best approach was to look up the code on the internet, which gave me the details of the fault and the list of possible causes to check. Easy, simple to use and saves you money.

A must for modern cars
This cleared an annoying engine warning light that stayed on after the problem had been fixed. No doubt the garage would have charged much more than this little gadget cost to do the same. Two weeks later my partners car went into limp mode, The main dealer quoted £1200 for a new catalytic converter. I cleared the fault in five minutes, gave it a good long run and “hey presto” all fixed! It will not clear all faults on all cars, or fix a recurring problem that needs repair, but for me it was definitely worth the small cost.

Works Great
Easy to use - found the error code for my engine warning light on Mazda 6 (2009) and removed it - saved potential £60 cost of dealer putting it via their diagnostic. Looked online for further information on the nature/reason for the warning light and It appears not to be significant, so a great result.
