I am in my early 60's and found this product gave me the energy I had when I was in my 30's. It has also helped my skin to remain good. The one thing I do disagree with is that only 1 capsule a day is recommended. I know that everyone's toleration threshold is different, and the producers have to err on the side of caution, but 1 a day? I take three in the morning after food, and one at lunchtime to keep the momentum going. I don't take any more than that as I would be awake around the clock. Great if you need extra help to lift your energy levels through the day.

Very nice product. There is a lot of info about poor conversion of coq10 for over 30 years adult. Well I’m over 30 and this product seem to be working for me. My skin is brighten and glowing, I start taking this 6 weeks ago.i don’t have to spend my money on expensive creams that doesn’t work. Also just to mention that I take 3 capsules in one ago. I know it say take 1. But don’t believe one cap a day will achieve the result that I’m seeimg now.

Very happy with this supplement, feeling benefits pretty much straight away, it was just what I was needing, wish I'd started ages ago.

Too soon to tell..but will let you know..brought for brain fog..head feels like I'm in a bubble sometimes..another brand helped..but thought I would try these...who knows..time will tell.....but pleased so far

I like the fact that that they are squashable in my mouth... I squeeze it with my teeth and then taste the liquid inside . This feels more of a decent product to me than a hard compressed and manufactured tablet!

I've used a few Q10 supplements but I think I'll stick with this one from now on. No nasties in it and a good amount of Q10. I have to take Q10 under Dr's orders, so it's important I have a good one and this is it.

There is something about these tablets that make me wonder if it is truly natural, it just appears so refined. However, since taking them, I have had no adverse effects.

Only been using this strentghth of Coenzyme Q10 for a short while so difficult to say if it is having any great benefits yet but I am certainly not as tired as I had been. Will have to wait and see. Capsules easy to swallow and very good price. Will buy again.
