Very cheep for a very good DIY table saw.
I bought this as my joiner who were supposed carry out work for us, let us down. Didn't expect much, but i am very impressed with it. It was easy to assemble, no more than an hour, the instruction are realy clear to understand. The guide is very sturdy with no or little movement. The blade is very sharp and gives a great clean cut. As you can see by the photos. The extraction is very good, a decent vac will get most of the dust away. One let down is the miter guide. Its far too loose for any accurate cut, so will make a new slide guide for it.My advise, when cutting thin strips, make sure that the teeth are cutting down onto the wood, and not cutting towards you as the wood will fly out like an arrow behind you. As can be seen in the last photo. Its s grear little machine, plenty of power and very accurate for the price.

Good value for money, especially if you're confident with tools.
I'm really pleased with this saw. I got it as I've never had a table saw before, and I wanted to get a cheaper one to use for a couple of years before I commit to an expensive one.The saw was pretty easy to assemble, even though I couldn't do it upside-down as I didn't have a reference surface. I clamped a level to the top instead, and it was a little fiddly, but doable. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The saw is light enough to lift pretty easily with two people. I imagine one tall, strong person could do it, too! I am short and not that strong, but I can still shift it around the workshop when I need to.Using the saw was pretty easy. The fence only clamps at one end, so of course, it's not as good as one which clamps at both ends. I put a clamp behind it to make sure it stayed in place, and in the future, I'll make a new, longer fence.I found the height of the blade easy to adjust. I didn't use the angle measurements on the dial to get it square, just a set-square which is easy enough. As 'test' cuts I ripped some 6' boards down to 6cm strips, which was pretty easy and I didn't feel any resistance even though the wood was a bit damp. The strips stayed consistent widths all the way through, so I was impressed. You know if you're getting a saw this cheap there are going to be compromises, but none of them were dealbreakers for me.Pros:- good value for money- easy to assemble- works well- seems to have reliable cuts so far- no kick or resistance when cutting- safety features (riving knife, blade guard) are good qualityCons:- the insert plate is plastic and a bit flimsy - I'm going to make new ones- surface is obviously not cast iron, so not perfectly flat with the extension wings- the on/off buttons are underneath and I found them a bit hard to reach quickly

Top value
Cuts very well, motor is powerful enough to do 85mm without stress. The fence is a bit wobbly, so I bolted a piece of aluminium angle at 90 degrees to the back of it that can be clamped to the table and stops it moving.Easy to assemble and light enough to move about.

superb
bought to replace my broken table saw, came very well packed easy to assemble and lightweight but really sturdy first time started scarred the ....out of me it seemed so much more powerful than my previous one it was like a plane engine had just kicked in, anyway fantastic cutter and really accurate even taking off mm at a time, you have the usual guides that can be adapted to suite that feel good quality.

This Is Very Good Value For Money
First, I am not a tradesman so this was purchased for home use as someone who is a keen DIYer. I have never used a table saw before so bear this in mind when reading my review.Value for money. 5 stars. I'm still amazed I purchased this for only £99.99. Of course this would not be suitable for a professional tradesman so my value for money comment is based on typical DIY use.First job was putting this saw together that took me about 40 mins. Quite easy to do although a bit fiddly in places. Being able to call in a second pair of hands at times will help eg. when fitting the extension tables .It has all the feature I need. Eg set the cutting angle, raise/ lower the blade. Connect a vacuum for the dust etc. I used it for cutting oak stair cladding, without this saw my one days work would have turned into many days..The only downsides I note are. It doesn't fold up so takes up a lot of room. I knew this before I purchased it and table saws that do fold up are significantly more in cost so its perhaps a bit unfair to even mention this. However, it take up more room than I was expecting. The Fence (the guide) is not sturdy enough and this is the reason it gets 4 stars and not 5. On some larger pieces it did result in not perfectly straight cuts. I have since purchased some G clamps and will use a piece of wood clamped to the saw as the fence in future.Looking closely at other similar saws. I believes this exact saw is branded as other models at a significant higher price. For example, the Evolution Fury 5 looks to be the same product to me in different colours. Be careful not to overpay on other models thinking you will get a better quality product. You may not. Also, fellow DIYers, one last word. Be careful when using this and wear the correct safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves and a dust mask.

A Workshop Friend
I was pleased with the delivery it arrived before the due date. The box was easy to handle and unpack. The instructions were clear and precise, mostly diagrams. the health and safety requirements are clear and easily followed. When it is completely assembled it is a sturdy unit and a very useful addition to my workshop. My last saw gave me good service but it was heavy and difficult to move about, this new ParkerBrand 10" is easy to move and with its clear metric rip fence measurement readout gives a very accurate cut. The blade up and down is also easy to use and accurate.I can't wait to get started on the next projects my wife thinks up for me...
