This has been incredibly useful after a long period of lack of appetite and weak digestion due to anxiety and stress.Started with 10 drops for the first week as I felt like I wanted to eat to the whole fridge the first time taking 20 drops. It had stimulated hunger that much! Now taking 20 drops as I get used to eating more food. Very pleasant taste as well. Will definitely continue to use.

Fast delivery however been of no know benefits. Taste is bearable and price was okay just don't seem help as other reviews have suggested

This is a brown liquid in a little glass bottle, which you dispense by shaking into a glass or mug of water. Its quite a job to shake out the contents as it comes out a tiny drop at a time, but at least this is better than a torrential outpouring of brown gloop all over your kitchen surface!Its very like Swedish Bitters (like when a Swedish person gets moody only not), with a mixture of soothing herbs and marshmallow, all to aid digestion and reduce stomach acid.I have silent reflux, which is acid reflux for silent cinema fans, joke, its bloody awful actually, you cough and have a bunged up nose, mucus, have to sleep with three pillows and your throat/neck is tight, sore and painful to touch, swollen glands, thyroid,etc. You get weird belching and acidy taste in your mouth and loads of saliva.This, with digestion tablets, raw cider vinegar and cutting out tomatoes and lemon has helped at least with the coughing and mucus, you need to use it about twice a day and its virtually tasteless so you can mix it in with anything.

its great -maybe not before important decision making

I purchased this for my parter who was experiencing acid reflux, burping, and like he wasn't digesting his food after meals (I think he has low stomach acid), and it worked really well. He doesn't really get acid reflux anymore, even though he doesn't take this as often. Make sure you are taking it 10 minutes before a meal and at the right dosage. It's best to swish it around your mouth to jump start digestion. He took it a few times after a meal, and it helped too.
