I have Chronic Psoriatic Arthritis together with fybromialgia, and although I have other battery powered tens, I needed something that was more portable, compact, reliable, easy to use not fiddly or complicated, but to have the capability of dealing with complex pain & to be powerful. The TN20 I have to say does all this, i was extremely impressed, so impressed I use it more than my others namely the BE28E & 19T. Its equally as powerful as my other tens if not more so, I find the "Modul II function" very helpful with my condition. It looks great, its a very discreet machine & if I were to recommend a tens for everyday use & provide a good choice of functionality for pain control for the right price, this is the machine & this is the company to buy it from! Would they work, I don’t know. I now have "stupid" tattooed on my forehead! No, I'm joking really, but this little device works extremely well, and reduces my pain considerably. It's not magic, and there's a learning curve associated with using it, particularly with the placement of the pads, but hey, nobody said life would be easy! I found it well worth persevering with, as I learned more, the pain got less. This device in particular is well made, powerful, and easy to use. I considered buying a cheaper machine instead, but I'm very glad I didn't.
