the best iodine supplement I have used to date
For the past 15 years I have been using various iodine supplements: lugol's, tablets, and different varieties of kelp. However, this product is by far the best of them all for two reasons. 1) Contains no fillers, just water and iodine. 2) Perfect dose. A single drop contains 50mcg iodine so it's easy to adjust the daily dosage. The daily recommended intake of iodine is 150mcg. So on the days when my iodine intake from food is low, I use 2 to 3 drops. Perfect!

Easy to take in dropper measured dose . Three drops in a morning does me - don’t take on a night you won’t get to sleep .

This stuff is great.Have only been taking it for a few days but I feel so much more energetic.Postage was very quick had it within two days of ordering which was fantastic.Wil certainly be ordering more in the near future.

Liquid iodine
Was told this product would help and it had good reviews but I have found on taking a small dose that I am sick every time. Have not been able to take.
