Had this pad exactly one month and now doesn't work.....plugged it into different outlets nothing.....would not purchase this product again.....waiting to hear back from the seller to replace it......

The price was great. And the heating levels are amazing! I had a way more expensive heating pad and I had to turn it all the way to the highest setting and it still didn’t give me the amount of heat that I needed. This one I turn up to four and I’m good. And it’s the perfect size if you lay down it covers your entire back. If you’re sitting you can put it across your lower back or your stomach. I would definitely recommend!

I got this for Christmas and it already doesn’t work. I have problems with the cord staying connected. When it worked the heat was good. It didn’t keep its shape though so it made it uncomfortable. I do not recommend.

Ok, let’s get a real review here. First off, I ordered this as a replacement for my old sunbeam that finally quit on me after years of use. Now this new heating pad was purchased for only 15 dollars, so I wasn’t expecting much out of it. I received it rolled up nicely in its original packaging box, and inside the box it was wrapped in a plastic bag. After opening I couldn’t believe how soft the material was. Its velvety soft. “Like the thin fur on the back of a cats ear.” Something to know though, this heating pad has no removable cover, so if you want a cover for it, so the cover can be washed instead of trying the wash the pad itself, you may want to purchase a cover to fit this, or make yourself a cover for it. Now the power cord that comes with this is a bit short but the digital control box on the cord has a green led number display, along with the lit up timing display, and a flashing (Heating) display to tell you when it’s heating up, only disappearing when it’s reach it’s nominal heating temp. Every so often beginning to flash again to show you its controlling and adding more heat to keep the temp at its set bar. Now, one thing I don’t care for is that the white control buttons only have a thin engraving on them to show you what each button does, with no paint or color differentiations. So you must look super close at the pure white buttons to even see what each one is. Secondly, the control box has no function at all to run this without the timer being turned off. So you will be stuck using it on (30) (45) (60) (90) minute basis. I repeat, there is no way to just keep it turned on. However, with the price of this heating pad, I was surprised it even had a digital screen and the multi functional settings it did have. Now the heat setting can be set from 1-9. 9 being the highest/hottest setting. I will say, this heating pad doesn’t get as hot as my old sunbeam did, However that sunbeam would burn you up if you wasn’t careful. This new heating pad definitely gets hot enough to handle business. And I don’t think you would really want it to get any hotter than it’s 9th setting. One thing to note, I have seen some heating pads where the power cord plugs into one of the side seams in the center, and some that has the plug on the seam corner. This heating pad has the corner plug. I know that means nothing to some, but good to know depending on where you prefer the plug attachment to be mounted on the pad. The detachable cord seems to plug into the pad pretty tightly, but it doesn’t clip into a locked position, so if pulled hard enough, it could unplug out of the pad. But, that’s probably a good thing that it would unplug before being pulled too hard and ruining your cord and causing a short in the wire. Listen, I cannot attest to the durability of this heating pad, as I have only been testing it for a few days. So what I will do is, if this thing fails quickly, I will return and add an (edit) to the end of this review. So be sure to check the date I wrote this review and if it has an added edit. If I don’t return, then you know it’s still running strong from the date I wrote this. As of right now though, I’m giving it a 4 star review, only losing 1 star do to the fact that it can only be ran with a timer going. So I’m gonna be honest here, for 15 dollars, I seriously don’t think you will find a better deal. The heat on this pad is very deceiving, when it’s on high just setting out, that 9 don’t feel very warm, but once it’s on your skin, the heat creeps in quickly and becomes hot pretty fast. So don’t be fooled by its first touch. It will warm you up. So the question is, would I recommend this heating pad to others? As of right now, Yes! I hope this review helps some of you out looking for a good heating pad.

Nice heating pad with several heating selections. Only complaint is the plug in cord is not long enough. And that is a big deal.

Wonderful heating pad. The best one I've ever used. I use it alot and it still works like it's first day. Bought one for my mother too. She loves it as well.
