The description is wrong , coat both surfaces leave 5 to 10 mins then clamp firmly together and leave 24 hours to cure.

Yes,coat both surfaces lightly,leave 5 to 10 mins then clamp firmly together, this is important. the only problem I can see is getting the vinyl flat first time as you will not move it once in contact.The larger the area the harder it is. I would try PVA WOOD GLUE using the above method this would give you more time to position and you can remove surplus with water.

Er,oddly enough,I've never tried Evo with glass,I always use Araldite or other Epoxy adhesives.
