This is a great product. I make stir frys but find them quite bland although very quick to make. On opening the packet the smell of ginger was wonderful. It reminded me of the ginger nut biscuits I loved as a child. I added just a teaspoonful of the ginger powder to the mix towards the end of cooking. The taste was amazing & gave the dish some oomph & zest with a very refreshing taste. No more peeling, chopping & grating ginger again. This was such an easy way to improve the flavour of one's cooking with minimum effort. It arrived quickly & comes in a totally recyclable bag.

A good strong flavour ...
The ginger will knock your socks off.... compared to the supermarket stuff I had previously this is very strong ... delicious and nice natural re-sealable pack to keep it fresh.

I use ginger in so many things and it's quite difficult to buy fresh, this time of year (winter in UK). So I gave this powdered ginger a try. It smells gorgeous and tastes really good in foods or hot drinks. Happy with purchase - and it'll last me quite a while.

The "Soil association certification is VERY WELL WORTH IT - every penny and more. IF you don’t know what ginger is good for apart form food, DO SOME READING! (start reading with greenmedinfo.com. There is a good chance that it will benefit you in many ways, and packaging is tough, remains airtight and lasts well.

More potent than supermarket purchases probably
The smell on opening the pouch was very intense. It could have been caused by the sheer volume, but I suspect it was the quality/freshness. I'm using in lemon water so can't comment on it's use for flavour in biscuits etc, but seems strong. I transferred mine to a jar after purchase, so no idea if the resealable pouch works well. will purchase again and try this company's other spices.
