BEING A FISHERMAN I CAN SAY YES, ITS THE SAME AS HIGH END REEL GREASE BUT NOT EXPENSIVE.

Can this grease be used on cassette, especially when changing cassette?

Changing yes. On the teeth no as every bit of dirt will stick wearing the teeth out sooner. Buy chain and cassette etc lube only for that.

Would this grease be suitable for greasing my headset, carbon frame.

I used it for my headset on an aluminium bike and i don't think its good. very thick and my handle bar is not moving smoothly. i am getting another grease to re do it.
