Of course. But there are other cheaper kits available if you dont need thus size. You can also buy helicopter tape. Same thing.

Hello, Yes, I think this would be fine for the top tube and other parts of the frame. Not sure about the down tube as I don't really know where your battery is positioned. Cheers.

only against stone chips, consistent friction I fear would just wear through and peel it off. Possibly a better bet would be to zip tie some sponge or soft fabric between the pannier and frame.
