Is the usb attached to the charger or can i replace it for a longer cable or a new one if it should become bent?

Not sure what the seller is talking about. The USB cable is permanently attached to the charger. You would have to take it apart to remove the cable.

This plugs into the dock of the Nintendo switch near the other connector ports. It can also be plugged into a USB adapter and then into a wall outlet to charge the joy cons.
