I'm writing this review after the first coat, so can't comment on its long lasting use. It appears to be drying clear, but I'm using the varnish on a partly painted concrete statue and the gold paint is very slightly coming off on the brush and spreading on the bare concrete giving it a glittery sheen. It is easy to rub the glitter look off and start again, but still something to be wary of. I'm assuming it's because I used water based acrylic paint and this is water based varnish, so it's wet on wet (like Bob Ross). FYI, I used the gold paint about 3 weeks back, so it was definitely dry when I used the varnish.

Good solid product. Water resistant and no odours. Easy to apply and good valued for money. Dries quickly and looks fantastic as a finish.

Brilliant product. Covers really well, easy to apply and this one tin did 2 x 2 seater garden benches. The benches now look like new. Added bonus is brush is cleaned with water.

Did a good job!

This makes me think of Copydex, or watered down builders glue for sealing plasterwork. It has the ammonia smell of Copydex but it's much thinner. While it's wet you can rinse it easily with water but as it starts to dry on your hands and brush it turns to rubbery skin, which you then have to literally peal off. Nothing apart from thinners will work on it at this stage, especially on the brush. It does kind of serve a purpose and it does dry very quickly but I really don't see how it can be classified as 'varnish'. It really is a very different substance to any I've used before.

Good but small tin

Very happy with the product. I used it to weatherproof a roadside collection box (for selling eggs) and it's very easy to work with. Fast dry time, easy to use, sets clear as glass, no smell and looks good. Its a similar texture and feel to pva glue but sets hard once dry. The photo I've attached to my review has the recommended 4 coats

Produit conforme à la description. Pour éviter d'apercevoir les petites imperfections qui serez passées inaperçues, il me semble préférable de prendre la version mat pour l'appliquer sur une peinture acrylique satinée. L'application est simple et rapide. Attention ce produit ayant tendance à sécher rapidement, son application doit s'opérer de manière assez rapide tout en dosant correctement le produit. Quant à son efficacité, il faudra attendre quelques mois pour la vérifier. Pour l'application sur peinture acrylique, je recommande ce produit : pas ou peu d'odeur.
