Good product

We decided to buy this box so we could leave sky but still have something to watch. User friendly with basic and easy to understand controls. Set up was an absolute breeze. The one down side is that it seems to take an age for it to acknowledge that you have pressed a button and we also had to move it after the first couple of days as we realised it doesnt react unless you are pointing the controller directly at it with no obstructions.

Despatched quickly. Easy to set up. Worked better than my previous box, which was having trouble staying connected to wifi (more wifi fault than its own). This box had wired and wifi connection so I'm using wired. The other difference is rocessor speed, get troubles with iplayer, when want to skip forward or back... and st end of programmes. This one works well. Switching apps much faster. Thus far no issues in fact delighted.

Excellent product. Like many others, I did not want a monthly 'package' as I only want to be able to access all the iPlayers and YouTube. However, you are forced to select at least one package and give payment details during the account setup on the website (before the setup of the product to the TV), so as other customers have suggested, once the acount setup was complete I was able to go back to my account and Cancel the Entertainment package I had previously chosen immediately. The option to Cancel is right there under the package selected, so it was an easy process. My cancellation was confirmed immediately within my account and again by email. Unlike connecting a laptop to the TV to watch the iPlayers, the Now box provides a simple and quick method of access to these and also there is no programme 'hanging' like I was getting via the laptop, plus you can control the Play / Pause from the Now remote instead of having to use the mouse to do this on the laptop.

I bought this item to upgrade my original Now TV Box. It works as expected and now operates full 1080 HD. My only disappointment was that an audio out socket was not fitted to the new device; so I couldn't hook it up to my audio system. I did purchase a HDMI to HDMI audio extractor, which powered nicely from the USB socket on the Now TV Box and solved the problem. All in all if you want pay as you go. free catch up and many extras, this is an excellent product.

There is no volume control on the remote which works only intermittently! Look for others … like Firestick .

this is a used product but it is very good.

Arrived on time, added to Audio Vis system, saw network both WiFi & later hard wired. Refused to connect to Now TV servers. Expensive assistance from Howly.com did not help.. Returned for refund.
