good quality excpet the hand

Excellent product!
I use CocoNara coal cubes for my shisha and this coal starter heats them up in ~5 mins to red hot and perfect for immediate use. Fantastic product, great value for money. Had to figure out how to safely remove the top cover with tongs when the starter is hot, but once I did I felt like a total expert. Set at 5, put a few coals in, wait till they are red hot, use coals and switch off. Super simple and will 10x your shisha session.

It starts charcoal but also burns itself
I guess the 1 star is because it does in fact start charcoal. But it also burns the coating on the stove. The stove itself started smoking and clearly was burning the black coating to the point of damage (shown in one photo). And the handle holder warped under the weight of the handle once it heated up. Not great quality.
