I bought these for use in my campervan, to provide switching for various devices yet to be added. The first, fitted yesterday, was for a new stereo powered from the leisure battery with independent switching (see photo).Although they work fine (at least the first one does!) and are easy enough to fit, I think they really should include instructions or a guide regarding how to wire them. It's straightforward, but only if you know what you are doing.The base has three pins, two silver and one gold. The two silver ones are under control of the switch, so red (positive) into the first and red out of the second and on to the device to be powered. The gold pin is a negative for the LED on the switch, it can be connected to any earth point on the vehicle. This only needs to be connected if you want the LED to light up when the switch is turned on. The black (negative) or earth from the device being powered (in my case a new stereo) can also be connected to any earth point on the vehicle.If you need a simple 12V switch for your vehicle then this does the job perfectly well.

Great item for the price the only thing I would say is that the led should be on the other side of the rocker as when it’s on the led points down?

Good switches but terminals arent the strongest . First and second use ok but if you have tight spade connectors be gentle . But great for the money . Positive and negitive terminal plus extra earth for led

Use these to cut the power to my dash cams power magic box when i don't need the dash cams on when the car is switched off. Switch works great.

Decent product but the LED buily in uses alot of current and dims the lights running off the switch
