Good quality. Worth the money

I'd somehow ended up with garden hand tools from one of those cheapo deluxe sets. In anything tougher than loose soil they'd bend, then the handle would come off trying to remove the tool from the ground. I've used plenty of other S&J garden tools and I'm impressed with how robust they are. They must have seen me coming with the "Neverbend" branding! I immediately tested the potentially weakest tool (the weed fork) in clay soil and to dig up a weed from a heavily compacted lawn. No bending from either the handle or the fork prongs, so it's a good start!

My wife is a keen gardener and has been using this set fairly regularly for nearly 6 months now. She has found them to be very well made, sharp and to easy hold. They look as tho they will last many years and my wife is happy to recommend them!

Good gardening tools.

It's difficult to find anything that is British made anymore, as nowadays people tend to opt for price over quality. Yes there are cheaper products out there, but here is a quality product, real stainless steel, and in the long term, cost effective. From a company in Sheffield that's been in business for over 250 years. All of my garden tools are Spear and Jackson, and they have never once let me down, even though I did once have my doubts about a task I tackled with a never bend garden fork. It did the job perfectly though. I wouldn't be surprised if a foreign company owns Spear & Jackson, though.

Very sturdy, great size, I was expecting them to be heavy but they aren't, my 6 year old can use them with supervision. Great for a birthday or Christmas present
