Love this product...am on to my 8th tub...I didn't expect it to be so good but,I am achieving my weight loss goals and I put a good 50% down to this product as it does as it says and stops all the carbohydrates from starchy products being fully absorbed by the body into sugar...will continue to buy well after I have achieved my weight loss goal....I think i'll be staying on this product indefinitely !!

Too much Caffeine/
I had a difficult episode pain in abdomen and lots of gas /I’m not aware one could have such a difficult time after many hours.I’ve researched and found Gurana in th contentsI’m off this as I’m not impressed , and cost,s too much‼️

Pasta/pizza and these tablets
These didn’t work for me. One evening I had spaghetti with Quorn mince, small portion and thought the tablets would work. Next day I woke up with a buddy belly.Last night I had 2 slices of pizza then ice cream. This morning, I again woke up with a Buddha belly.Won’t be using them again. But they might work for other people but not for me.

I just don’t know!
These are easy to swallow, there’s no taste which is good. Are they doing anything? I honestly don’t know! I’m eating healthy as I’ve lost four stone I’m not gaining weight or loosing weight, but that’s what I’d expect. SoI really cannot say if these are helping

There is no flavour as you swallow the capsules whole. For best effective results you need to eat a healthy diet (as with all weight loss products), But these are certainly a good aid to help speed the process up!
