Great Pencils but poor quality interior
I have every Fine Art brand of pencil but Derwent Graphic are my favourite to work with. The pencils themselves are great and I bought this gift set for me. I was quite let down by the interior of the box the pencils are loose and not snuggly fitted in their holders. The magnetic bar that holds them works unless your pencils become shorter than the bar then they will fall out.The pencils do vary in thickness which may be cause depending as the holders are one size. One solution would be to add a magnetic bar below the other bars.

I really love these!
I've had these a day and they're a dream to sketch with. The graphite comes out a little shinier than I wanted on certain papers, but other than the quality is fantastic. The pencils are thick and nice to hold and the quality of graphite pairs perfectly with 150gsm paper. Probably the most I've spent on sketching pencils in a few years but it was definitely worth shelling out the few extra pounds.The tin is also of a high standard and keeps everything organised - I'm normally a nightmare at losing pencils.

The pencils do not fit the sharpener
I purchased this set because it included a sharpener, only to discover that the sharpener is too small to actually sharpen the pencils! In general the quality of the pencils seems fine; they would be great for fast, loose sketching but if you are looking to use these for fine, detailed work I would suggest looking elsewhere as the graphite is fairly broad and soft.

Lovely variety of good quality pencils
Good variety of pencils, and in a lovely wooden box. Good price for 72 pencils. On receipt, the bottom layer were all in a jumble, the 'magnetic' bar was loose. Having only recently purchased them, not tried many so do not know if any leads are broken. (think the packing was to blame as there was plenty of room for the item to move around during transit).

tengo varios productos derwent y sin duda este destaca de entre varios .......
son suaves pero no mucho , lo cual da control al trazo además de tener un barril ni muy grueso ni muy delgado lo cual da demasiado control también ...de las tres gradaciones que trae , vienen 2 lápices de cada una , lo cual te permite tener uno con punta larga y otro con chata para los diferentes efectos de trazo.....por el tamano de la lata pues un articulo bastante transportable ......muy recomendados.....
