Grenade White Chocolate Cookie Protein Spread, 1 x 360 g Jar

Amazon informed me that I’ve bought this 20 times! Lol. That tells you everything you need to know! It’s absolutely delicious and my favourite spread from the Grenade range. A very close second is the Chocolate Salted Caramel. That one is very sweet indeed. But I have a sweet tooth, so it’s perfect. I’ve suffered from eating disorders for decades. In 2024/2025 I lost 9 stone in weight and am trying to maintain it. I rely on spreads like these even though I know I should eat cleaner. But I find with a history of eating disorders these spreads help me psychologically… I know they’re not the healthiest things I could be eating, but they do have much less sugar than Nutella or Biscoff spreads etc. And I’m all for finding delicious things that contain less sugar! My Type 1 Diabetic son loves these Grenade spreads too. His favourite is also White Chocolate Cookie ❤️

Very tasty alternative to white chocolate spread the good thing about this product is that it’s low in sugar but it also spreads very well. The bad thing is you tend to put more so if you can control yourself then I would say buy it.

Tastes preety good I use this for my every day morning breakfast which is x6 rice cakes or 2 prices of toast and I spread this on it with cut up banana i would actually normally use peanut butter but I thought id get something different for a nice change and I ain't going to lie its realy a nice spread and tastes addicting in a good way though not in a bad way
