Good cheap airbrush for basic work
First impressions are this is a VERY light airbrush. Compared to iwata, harder steenbeck, paasche and badger, its hyper light.The body is made from aluminium, hence the lightness.Nice features are the removeable paint cup, extra needle/nozzles, light trigger pull, and a braided hose.First use, it is ok for layering primer (using the .3set up it comes shipped with) but lacks a little finesse like a top brand airbrush, but then its ten times cheaper!That said, it works, does what youd expect. Not sure if it would be up to very fine work, but that remains to be seen.The only gripe is the paint cup lid.Ideally youd fit it and it wouldn't fall off the moment you move, but unfortunately the fit is pretty dire, and it falls off the instant you move the brush. Pretty pointless.

Waste of money
NOTE: I'm not an amateur/new airbrush user. Over 5 years now, gone from basic set up to using Harder & Steinbeck airbrushes (Ultra & Infinity). Use airbrush for private & commission work, so like to think have a good understanding of airbrushes & how to make them work. All learnt the hard way through trial & error Lol.Wanted a basic airbrush for base coating applying varnish etc. So purchased this airbrush.So onto review -junk - tip broke after 2 months - in the bin it went, so happy to see it go! During this time found it almost impossible to make it work. It does not have a smooth action, you can feel needle catching on internal mechanism somewhere. 3mm options seemed to work best. In all modes (3mm/2mm/5mm) u get spitting, even when adjusting paint mix.To be honest, no worse than other chines cheep airbrushes. This is probably my sixth one. I have now given up on them. Just bought an Ultimate APEX airbrush (made by Badger I believe). Lovely, lovely airbrush, action so smooth as go as as my Harder & Steinbeck's. £70 but worth it - I must have spent over £100 on chines cheep ones, which have all gone in the bin, eventually.Save up or just invest in a decent brand budget airbrush is my message.
