Broke after first use!
Ohhh terrible product!!!! You can just feel how cheaply made the product is. Set up was simple. When I tried to test the “squeegee” for the dry and wet compartments. The wash squeegee was fine but the dry wouldn’t allow to go through. I understand that there needs to be some pressure but damn. If you look at the picture you can see how it doesn’t allow to go into the compartment. When it took the mop out, I found out that the Velcro was coming off and the clips to hold the mop broke.Buy at your own discretion but I recommend against it!

Space saver
I love how much it save space. So far it’s working good. I use it to clear the floor and even to clean walls.

Works great - if you know how to use it
I’ve seen complaints about bunching. HOT TIP: There are little “sleeves” of fabric on the end of the washpad that those two plastic prongs slide into.This will absolutely, 100% keep it from bunching.It works great! Scrubs my floors well and is extremely light!Recommend

Crap. false advertising.
The slits in the bucket are too narrow for the mop head to go in. kept the mop. threw away the bucket and accessories. its garbage. waste of money.

After 7 Months I’m highly disappointed
Initially I loved the mop; very quickly the connecting piece that holds the mop head to allow it to swivel began to come loose. That was after about 3.5-4 months. It began catching on the wringer and often made the entire head come loose. Tonight it snapped; I reattached it without the spring so while I can still use it, the integrity of the mop head is gone, and it flops all over the place. The window to complain or return it has long passed, but I feel a mop and bucket should generally last longer than 7ish months? My swiffer lasted longer, and I was using it twice daily. I do like the bucket which has held up well, which is why it’s 2 stars and not one. I do not recommend this if you expect to get longer than a year out of it. Very disappointed and will not purchase this or other products from this brand, as I cannot trust the products this brand makes.
